How we recruit finance professionals

This is the usual order. For senior roles, we approach candidates directly through executive search.

  1. Role profile

    We go through responsibilities, systems and reporting, so that the salary level and title match the role.

  2. Search

    We search our candidate pool and networks, and contact finance professionals who are not actively looking.

  3. Selection

    We interview, test and check references, and present three to four shortlisted candidates.

  4. Hiring

    We support the negotiation and follow up after the start date.

Permanent hire or interim consultant

If you need extra capacity for the year-end close, parental leave or a system change, we provide finance professionals as consultants. The consultant is employed by us, and with Try & Hire you can take over the employment afterwards.

If the role is permanent, we recruit directly to you.

Finance professionals with international experience

Many of our candidates have reported to foreign owners, worked in several currencies and in several languages. That is especially valuable in groups with operations outside Sweden.

It depends on responsibilities, experience and location. We agree the level with you before the search starts, and our salary guides explain what affects it.
Can you find an interim consultant for the year-end close?
Yes. If it is urgent, we start with the candidate pool we already have.

Yes. For senior roles we use executive search and contact candidates directly.
