How it works
You choose whether to hire directly, bring in a consultant through our staffing service, or let us headhunt candidates who are not looking themselves.
Needs
We meet at our office in central Stockholm, at yours or online, and go through the role and what it needs to achieve.
Search
We start with our own candidate pool and continue through networks and external channels.
Selection
We interview, check references and present three to four shortlisted candidates.
Start
You hire the candidate, or we employ the consultant and you manage the work.
Recruitment, staffing or executive search
As a recruitment agency we handle the whole process until the candidate has signed. As a staffing agency we employ the consultant and take care of salary, insurance and employer responsibilities, while you manage the work.

- No. Our office is in Stockholm, but we work with employers across Sweden and search for candidates abroad as well.
- What is the difference between recruitment and staffing?
- With recruitment, you employ the person yourselves. With staffing, the person is employed by us and works for you for an agreed period.
- Can we hire a consultant after the assignment?
- Yes. With Try & Hire, you take over the employment when the assignment ends, if the collaboration works.
- How quickly will you get back to us?
- Within one working day of sending the form.
