We're the employer

Consultants are employed by us. We take care of salary, insurance and all employer obligations, while you manage the day-to-day work. Incluso is an authorised member of Kompetensföretagen, the Swedish staffing industry association.

Assignments range from a few months to several years. If it's working well, you can hire the consultant directly when the assignment ends.

How staffing works

If it's urgent, we start with the consultants we already have. More specialised roles take longer to fill.

  1. Your needs

    We discuss what the assignment needs to achieve, how long it will run and the level of experience you need.

  2. Selection

    We start with our own database and look further afield if no one is the right fit. You get a full profile of every candidate.

  3. Agreement

    We employ the consultant and sign an assignment agreement with you, covering the hourly rate and notice period.

  4. Start

    The consultant starts working with you, while we handle salary, insurance and all employer obligations.

  5. Follow-up

    We check in regularly with you and the consultant, and sort out anything that needs attention.
