Since 2015
Incluso was founded in 2015 to help newly arrived graduates into the Swedish labour market, through coaching, internships and work.
Today we are a recruitment and staffing company, with the same focus on international expertise. Through our global network and our own candidate database, we find clients the skills they are looking for — along with the language and cultural knowledge that comes with them.
You get a dedicated point of contact who owns the whole process, from job profile and selection to follow-up once the role is filled.
