How executive search works

You'll have a first longlist within two weeks. The rest of the timeline depends on how specialised the role is.

  1. Briefing

    We go through the role, what it needs to achieve and what you can offer someone who already has a good job.

  2. Market mapping

    We list the companies and roles where the talent sits, and agree the list with you before we reach out.

  3. Direct approach

    We call candidates ourselves. Your company's name only comes up once someone is genuinely interested.

  4. Assessment

    We interview, check references and present three or four candidates, each with a full written profile.

  5. Closing

    We support you through the negotiation and follow up once the new hire has started.
