Here at Incluso we’ve designed a unique program specifically for graduates that have recently arrived and wish to work in Sweden. The program represents an ideal opportunity for trainees to begin or continue their careers’ here in Stockholm. Over the course of the traineeship, which can run from three to six months, participants will be provided with Swedish language training whilst working simultaneously at one of our partner companies. Naturally, the ultimate goal of this program is to secure a permanent position upon completion.

Eligible candidates must be registered at Arbetsförmedlingen, and have been part of “Etableringen” within Arbetsförmedlingen.

Koncept Stockholm is an architectural firm that communicates our client’s brands, business ideas and visions through architecture and design with unique interiors, houses and urban environments. We produce projects within the businesses retail, hospitality, residence and office. We have completed more than 3000 projects around the world, our office is in Stockholm and are currently 80 coworkers. As a trainee at Koncept Stockholm you will be a part of our team and create projects which will be realized. 

The trainee position and requirements
As a trainee at Koncept Stockholm you will work in project teams with other architects and we expect you to be involved in the dialogue, decisions and implementation of the projects. You should have a degree within the field of architecture and have an extensive experience in projects where architecture is linked to the customer’s business and brand. You should have the respect and the understanding that our mission is, through architecture, to ensure that our customers are making more money.

As a person, you must be open and polite; it’s important that you can perform in social situations. You should be willing to help and to give feedback to others, empathy is important to us. We treat everyone in the office mutual and with respect, we take pride in helping each other in their progress as architects. You should be focused, orderly and take responsibility for your work, that are appreciated both within the office and by our customers. You should have a sense of humor; job satisfaction is important to us. Finally, but not least, you should be able to speak and understand English fluently.

This is a full-time trainee opportunity for 6 month at Koncept Stockholm to kick-start your career in Sweden. The trainee period preferably starts in September, but can be negotiable. During your trainee period, you will get access to Swedish language training and individual coaching related to your work environment. Working at Koncept Stockholm will give you training to become ready to work within the profession in Sweden.

To be an eligible candidate for the Incluso Trainee Program you need to be registered at Arbetsförmedlingen and you need to be or have been part of “Etableringen” within Arbetsförmedlingen. Koncept Stockholm will decide and nominate candidates for further interviews after those are presented to Koncept Stockholm by Incluso.
