Incluso is looking for two Administrators with medical or pharmaceutical knowledge to work on an hourly basis for IDTM.
Start as soon as possible.

 

We are looking for two dedicated people to work as Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) Administrators at the International Doping Tests & Management (IDTM) headquarters office in Stockholm, Sweden. These positions are hourly based temporary employments. We anticipate you to work mainly in the weekends and holidays or other agreed period. Schedule is pre-arranged within the team.

Overview
TUE Administrator is responsible for the daily administration of all TUE applications. A TUE may grant to an athlete for the purpose of treating an illness or condition to use substance that is prohibited by World Anti-Doping Agency. You will work closely and report to the TUE & RM manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational activities of TUEs, Production Information Requests (PIR) in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Communicate with IDTM’s client, TUE Committee (TUEC), athletes and athlete support personnel in regards to TUEs and PIR as appropriate.
  • Administer TUE applications on a daily basis, upholding the contractual processing timeframes.
  • Keep all TUE records and databases up-to-date.

Required qualifications:

  • Fluent in English, as the clients’ communication is conducted in English.
  • Medical and/or Pharmaceutical knowledge
  • Exceptionally strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality with highly sensitive matters
  • High attention to detail

 

Favourable experience/skills:

  • Experience working with other cultures
  • Advanced level computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Additional language skills, German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
